Division into Equal Parts (Cutting)

※ Processing Cautions

Print & Cut Tolerances: Standard deviation of approx. 2–3mm.
Misregistration Handling: Because mechanical misalignment is a core signature of RETRO stencil printing, custom adjustments cannot be made for individual sheet drift during post-press processing.
High Margin of Error: Designs featuring heavy solid ink coverage or smaller finished sizes carry a higher potential for noticeable error.

★ To ensure equal margins around each segment after cutting:

When preparing artwork files, make sure your design fits within the printable area of each cut segment. Leave an unprinted border of at least 5mm (for lightweight paper) or 10mm (for heavyweight paper) on all four sides of each segment.

★ Equal division cutting applies only to non-full-bleed A3 printing.

★ Segments can be divided in any direction or dimension, provided that at least one side of the resulting size measures no less than 55m.

※ Example: Equal Division into 4 Parts (Heavyweight Paper)
